Refund policy

Return and Exchange Period:

The return period is 3 days, and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Contact our customer service on WhatsApp to initiate the exchange or return process.

Conditions:

  1. Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.
  2. The product for exchange or return must be in good condition and undamaged, with all packaging and stickers intact.
  3. In the case of a return, the amount will be transferred to your account within 4 to 7 days after we receive the product and confirm its satisfactory condition.
  4. Canceling an order after 24 hours is considered in progress, and the product and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Procedures:

Once you've contacted our customer service via WhatsApp and informed them of your desire to return or exchange, we will send you a return voucher. Deliver the order to the nearest branch within 5 days of receiving the return voucher.
