Conditions:
- Shipping costs and fees are non-refundable.
- The product for exchange or return must be in good condition and undamaged, with all packaging and stickers intact.
- In the case of a return, the amount will be transferred to your account within 4 to 7 days after we receive the product and confirm its satisfactory condition.
- Canceling an order after 24 hours is considered in progress, and the product and shipping fees are non-refundable.
